Silverstone BMW E39 M5 - Stage 2 Paint Correction, Interior, Engine Bay [IMAGE HEAVY]
Car: 1999 BMW E39 M5
Service: Stage 2 Paint Correction, Leather Condition, General Interior Clean & Engine Bay Clean Comments: - I picked the car up from the Northern Beaches on Saturday morning and as I was getting into the car, I knew I had my work cut out for me on this one. - On the outside, the paintwork felt like sandpaper and the car had lost its shine. - Plenty of scuffs marks, minor to medium scratches and minor swirl marks all over. - Inside, a heavily soiled interior revealed scuff marks, dirt and stains. - Unfortunately, due to its age, there were some wear marks on the leather that could not be removed and some deep scratches on the exterior that could only be reduced. - The rear bar was the worst part of the car, almost as if it wasn't sprayed in two pack paint. It had a very matte finish and severe staining (partly from the Tubi exhaust spitting up fuel due to a rich tune). This rear bar was improved, but will definitely need a respray in time to come. - Due to the rich tune, the exhausts were black again within minutes of cleaning them! - The wheels also heavily caked in brake dust were badly pitted overall. - Check out the images to see the glass finish at the end of the detail and the how the interior should look on an M5. It's hard to capture how liquid this car looks but in a couple of photos you can see that Silverstone pop! The owner couldn't be happier BEFORE: |

It was a sad day when it drove off, 4 years ownership, the longest I have ever owned a car by the way, will do that. Would have loved to keep it but $$$$ on leases for 3 carsales the same time is a killer hahaha
I must admit the replacement car is pretty damn good. I will get a GT3 one day though.... Now where's that money box..... |

I know what you mean....I've had my CS for nearly 3 years....and that's the longest I've owned a car. But she's a keeper. GT3 would be a dream come true. And I do like them in white too. You'll have to change your name to CarraraWhiteGT3 |

Just that, whatever is was worth it is now worth a hell of a lot more post the detail! It has come up really nicely and would be snapped up by someone in a wink as opposed to its original condition if it was going to be sold.

Black Sapphire Metallic 2009 BMW 135i - Stage 1 PC & Engine Bay Detail
Car: 2009 BMW E87 135i
Service: Stage 1 Paint Correction & Engine Bay Detail Comments: - Despite being black, the car was in pretty good condition - As usual, there were minor swirls all over the paint and holograms all over the car. - Wheels were caked in brake dust so the OEM gloss black painted wheels were a matte brown colour. - The car was seen at our Dyno Day the following day, and was absolutely gleaming! Needless to say, the owner was very happy with the result. - The E87 has excellent lines for giving that liquid looking finish and this was no exception. I didn’t have time to take many shots, but check out the before, during and after photos below: BEFORE: |

Rosso Corsa Ferrari F355 GTS - Stage 3 Paint Correction & The Works! [IMAGE HEAVY]
Car: 1995 Ferrari F355 GTS
Service: Stage 3 Paint Correction, Leather Condition, General Interior Clean & Engine Bay Clean Comments: - A Ferrari will generally look shiny and clean, but an up close look will reveal otherwise – swirls, tar marks and scratches. This had them all. Not too bad for a 17 year old car, but still can’t hide with this paint! - Oxidised flat red paint needed more depth - The wheels were heavily soiled mainly brake dust and some stains beneath the clear coat. - Leather interior had some marks and the carpets were stained in typical areas - The engine bay was looking tired too with many powder coated parts showing their age. - Check out the images to see the deep and glossy red paint at the end of the detail and the how the interior should look on an M5. It was an interesting morning with part overcast/sunlight skies so we couldn’t capture the wet look 100%, but you get the idea! - Rosso Corsa red is a fantastic colour with excellent results. The owner couldn't be happier with outcome Enjoy the photos - there are LOTS BEFORE: |
