midlifecrisis, any chance you can take more pictures for me? Im about to order the same exact combo with bamboo interior.
Surprisingly i havent found too many with it yet. Its either bamboo or black... still debating but leaning towards bamboo.

I'm very happy with the combination of Interlagos/Bamboo. Here's a sampler.

By request, here are a couple pics of mine. I took a couple shots as I got home from delivery, so they're in my crummy driveway outside the garage, but the color came out pretty good.
The next time I was able to take pictures, murphy's law struck and not only did it rain, but I forgot the camera. Iphone filled in poorly.

Glad to be of service. Once I get some time off, I'll post more decent shots.
Me too! I'd only seen it on a 'vert, but I couldn't bring myself to order any other color, as tempting as some of them were. The M3 is just a fabulous looking car!

Heres my Interlagos with Bamboo interior.
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=268796 I love how this color has so many different shades depending on the light. I am very happy with the choice!

i've really been on the fence between MR and IB... how is the IB holding up and has anyone had issues with the paint or regrets on the color choice.
Right now I have a IB with Speed Cloth on order (E90). I'm nearing the deadline on my decision so just looking for feedback! Thanks! |

Still love the color as much as I do on the day of pickup. I bought this color sight unseen back in 1/09 and had never looked back.

thanks for the info. I don't have a garage so it's going to have to sit outside... was just worried that it's a nightmare to keep clean and looks like crap unless it's pristine. I'm coming from a silver grey E46 which always looked clean. I know that darker colors can be a pain to keep clean and show more scars on the paint than silver or lighter colors... so thats why i've been on the fence

Mine sits outside right now, while I wait to upgrade to a larger garage. It is a pain to keep pristine, but worth every second for a great color, IMHO. I hit it with the California Duster just about every morning, and that keeps her looking good. Also, a Griot's Spray-On Wax each time I wash helps keep it fresh between detailing. Go for the IB....you'll love it!!
