Thanks to the entire IND and ESS teams for the best of breed products, excellent customer service and of course, dependable and expert support.
So I picked up my car from IND on Friday and as I'm pretty familier with their work, my first impression was of no surprise. The look of the install and the quality of the IND results is second to none. The engine bay SC paint work looks awesome and the quality of the ESS equipment and industrial look and feel now compliments the overall look of the car. Now, the performance. As I've been reading the threads in detail almost from the beginning, I'd already created an impression of true satisfaction from the early adopters. I know my car well and what I immediately noticed was how smooth the new ECU tune made the car idle, feel, react, etc. Then, although I was a bit cautious, I did work the SC/535 S1 a bit within reason and the added power is incredible. Noticable torque and smooth pull from the moment I start moving. As my car is a E93 / vert and a bit heavier then the coupes and sedans, I could have went the route of S2/575 to offset the weight. However, since I'm a little older then your average client, I'm a self proclaimed 'poser' and the S1 power is simply a wonderful balance to the type of car and driver I am. I'm sure when I pass the break in period and 'rev towards the red', I'll really feel the difference. As you see, I think IND and ESS created a very visually appealing and rare car that now is even more balanced and unique when I pop the hood Thanks again for the kind words and compliments and stay tuned for more updates.
