^ Luck you, foo!

-------------------------

I spotted an X5 M earlier, and that thing is a monster!

That's my favorite SUV in the world!

Dev, you're LUCKY that your dad has ordered one.

I wanna check it out when it comes in.

It's going to be sick! I still can't believe he ordered it in the exact same color as my M

Let me drive godzilla and we got a deal

No but in all seriousness, I think this is going to be the only car of his that he won't let me drive. Others he hasn't given a shit about, but he really seems to love the X5M..very odd since I drive his 4.8 all the time

He didn't like the back end of it, he thought it looked stupid lol. I went with him to test drive the Cayenne Turbo and the new 2010 range rover supercharged (he had the old one) and he just liked the X5M more than the rest..I guarantee you in about 2-3 years he'll trade it in for a damn LX570
I don't doubt the power of your car, I meant pre-mods

Well, I'm off to an hours worth of running/walking now.

I'm at 195 lbs right now, and my goal is to get back to 175-180 lbs.

Hopefully I'll reach my goal after a couple of months.

Wish me luck!

(I hate it when my pants don't fit! )

Good luck! Interval cardio is the best way to shed pounds. As long as you have your heart rate in your 'target zone' you'll be burning calories (without being extremely hungry after your work out). Also, manage your diet. If you drink sodas, cutting them out and drinking water instead will really benefit you. Drink at least 3 liters of water a day. You'll be at your target weight in no time

Thanks for sharing the knowledge, Dev!

My diet isn't too bad, but you're right in that it could be better. I don't drink very much sodas, and I actually stay away from them. All I drink is water, milk, orange juice, Gatorade, and maybe a diet 7 UP every once in a while. I don't drink any alcohol either.

My main problem is that I'm sitting on the computer too much while on this forum LOL!

Looks like I need to find that right balance between moving my tooshy, and not moving my tooshy.

Cut out the OJ and Gatorade...both have sugar that isn't need. I have substituted both with crystal light which tastes amazing and doesnt have any sugar.

Be sure to kiss every square inch of that shiny, smooth, polished piping.
