The bmw performance spoiler was showing some gap since it was reinstalled with two way tape after being color matched. I removed it and also removed the tape(witch takes forever.. hehe).
Removed the extra leftover urethane from the first install.
Getting some urethane this week and it's done for winter.

Garage List
2014 BMW M5  [0.00]
I paint matched my lci trunk (after 2 months lol), painted the reflectors and a new tow hook cover today! Came out pretty good for DIY! ??

Also figured out the wiring for the lci taillights so the led bars work properly. That was a huge win since the halogen bulbs were being illuminated instead of the led bar and burnt the housing pretty bad. Caught it before it became a problem.

I paid a crap load of cash to the dealership to have my DCT oil pan replaced, filter replaced and DCT fluid refilled and then did an oil change at the same time. But the transmission is shifting smoother now though still not quite the same as the day I bought it.

Yess please, more pics. And seem you get the little drive side hatch "in the buy" so no need for that mode..

Btw, you're still in Germany? Though the non driver hatch was a US thing and we all got them in Europe..?

Isn't that part of storage package? For example i don't have that small storage box left side of the steering wheel and i don't also have the cup holders in the dash.

installed Bimmertech amp in my e93 - almost an hour to remove the lining piece in the back, started off with the dreaded "snap" of some sort of fastener. Once the amp was exposed, easy/peasy as Bimmertech says.

Currently have OEM speakers, sound is significantly better - more clarity and power. Prior to installation had the treble and bass set up +3; had to back off the bass to =0 and treble to +1. Can feel the underseat speakers with higher bitrate songs. Nice volume with the top down around town, will test at top down freeway speeds soon assuming this fine NorCal weather holds up.

Drilled a hole in the plastic bin to feed the usb cable through; didn't want to hassle taking the lining off again if I don't have to...

Sorry no pics of install, after breaking that very first fastener I figured I needed to focus a bit more. Can offer potential time savings for re-install; when reinstalling the main piece over the plastic bin, hold the bin door open and pivot the front piece at an angle towards the drivers rear view mirror. May make sense when you get that piece removed.

Highly recommend the amp as well as Bimmertech service -ordered Monday night and received Friday afternoon. Will try to prevent this from being the gateway to upgraded speakers, underseat woofers etc...

Very nice narrow DOF wide open camera shot. Love those wheels, they work very well with the extreme drop. I've seen too many bad aftermarket wheels on M3 lately (including this recent thread) , glad to see something that actually works with the car. What brand is this ??
