I figured out why bimmette 's getting into ballet.

I was looking for a specific movie clip, but who knew how much online effort was dedicated to "male ballet bulges" *needs bleach for eyes*

I used to get a massage every 3 weeks. My massage therapist changed her working hours so it's been about 5 weeks since my last one. I planning on getting one every other week now. I think that's a big part of keeping me loose, especially my back. I can take care of my legs pretty well with "the stick" and icing, but back and neck is her responsibility. lol

Wife is learning about noninflammatory foods and is going to start incorporating them into recovery days. Hopefully that helps.

Also need to get more of a stretching routine going. I think a 15 minute stretch session after a short strength session would be helpful. Just hard to allocate the extra time for that once or twice a week. I need to settle into a real training plan rather than this winging it stuff too.
