Have the car inspected at an independent BMW shop, preferably one who has dealt with modified BMW's.

That said...ESS kits have a reputation second to none. If the car checks out overall, rest assured it is fine...

As for your questions....some do the work themselves, others use the shop who installed the kit.

Nice to join to this group. I have a M3 ActiveAutowerke sTAGE 3 with meth kit + titanium akrapovic full exhaust. For trackdays I use APEX 18" Racing Wheels with Slicks.

Mine is one of the rare frozen matt paint black with ZCP package 2011.
