Coming soon
Unless you have quality 93 I would run 600. Same as above 600. |

The chart is setup up to display the power numbers in this fashion: The line graph that goes almost straight up in a vertical trajectory (at low rpms) is the engine's torque output. The torque reading will always spike like this when you accelerate the car from idle. Match that torque line with the red number scale on the RIGHT hand side of the dyno chart. The line that has a trajectory of approx. 45 degrees, is the engine's horsepower output. As you can see, the power does increase in a linear fashion...which is exactly how it's supposed to with a centrifugal supercharger. You match the horsepower line graph with the black number scale on the LEFT hand side of the dyno chart.

Nice numbers, can't wait for the general release of the PnP kits.

Another question on the graphs:
The top graph is shaft hp/tq and the lower one wheel hp/tq? Or is it results from two different kits?

Well, the real IAT temperature increase made by the SC system is only 15-20F as seen by the readouts from the ECU IAT sensor signal. The ambient temperature listed was from the MaHa weather station and the max IAT reading was from the ECU IAT signal. The IAT as measured by ECU before boost (low RPM range) is in the high 120F range due to radiant engine bay heat from several pulls combined with high ambient temps. A 15-20F temperature increase with 5.5-6PSI boost is actually very good, especially given much lower airflow through the heat exchanger than in on-road conditions.
A stock SL65AMG was dynoed the same day and ECU IAT readings was in the 185-190F range under full boost. |

Ehhh - I don't want to turn this into a gas debate, but my STi always use to have issues with Sunoco 93 - detonation and retarded timing. I ran BP 93 99% of the time and it never had a problem. I've kept that up with the M.

Sunoco USA is not a part of Top Tier Gas I have always used Mobil 93 when I was in Madison, WI and when I first moved to Boston on my C320 and later the E55 AMG. After all, it's the recommended gas by Mercedes Benz so I thought it should be fine. Until the closest Mobil gas station closed down and I started using the Shell gas station next door then I noted a difference in the engine response. Call it placebo, but I'm sticking with the Top Tier Gas companies for a while.

No E9x M3 supercharger system will 'pass' inspection in states like California. No one has a CARB compliant kit yet, and it's unlikely this will change in the near future.
In states where their is a visual pass/fail provision, you have no chance getting through. (unless you pay someone off) Under normal circumstances, the moment you open the hood... It's game over.
