Hopefully get it back today. Dropped it off last week at brentuning for a cat delete tune.
They also put launch control and a few other goodies on and eeked another 29 hp out of it.

Stitches? I'm not sure I follow?

I read the generic car install guide, but once I started working with it I found it not needed.

I basically laid out the vinyl and then set the plastic piece on it to get measurements. Cut the vinyl with a razor blade or scissors as needed and then removed the backing that was covering the adhesive. I then slowly and gently laid the plastic piece (which was cleaned prior with denatured alcohol) onto the sticky side being careful to ensure I had enough material to wrap the edges. You can't tell at a distance, but when I did the cutouts for the vents I didn't go far enough in with the material, which exposed a small amount of the original wood grain plastic underneath.

As I got to the corners, I would stick the material together and then cut along the length removing the excess. At that point I used a heat gun to make the material compliant and supple so I could pull/stretch to fit easier in the tricky spots.

YMMV

Good luck!

Washed and detailed the interior with griots leather rejuvenator and poor boys trim restorer. It needed it after the crazy pollen in Atlanta this spring.

It's literally a "look at it and figure it out" type of thing.

Custom color id say iND for the paint quality. I'd be cautious about CF ones in my experience the clear coat turns yellowish after a year

Finally got my car back from Brentuning. Nice gains on power. Oddly my catless exhaust is actually quieter now. A little burble off throttle now. and they added a 6 speed launch control. I tried it out a little bit, but didn't have much room to really hammer it.

Just waiting on an email with my dyne sheets.

thanks man i'll snap some more up this weekend when the weather is nice.

i used matte black as my base and copper metalizer for the overlay. For the inside barrels, I only used two coats of the matte black and 4 coats of the matte black on the exterior. To finish off I used 5 coats of the copper metalizer. I just kept applying coats until I saw the depth I liked.

Here is what I purchased and it was enough to get the job done.

I bought the vinyl on amazon made by vvivid vinyl (3m might be better). Only cost about $5. The reflectors pop right off if you pull up and out from the bottom. There's lots of videos online about how to wrap lights. It's pretty easy to work with you just have to take your time with it. All you need is a sharp razor blade and a heat gun/blow dryer.
