If you run low 13s you are suppose to have one, they made ftbo and I rent one, however the first few times we went this season they didn't bother us about it, go figure?? So bring one if you have otherwise its 15 bucks to rent one.

Sometimes they don't care if you are not wearing a helmet if you are below 14s, only below 13s they start harassing people... Are you going to come down? I think you should bring one for sure, lol.

sure why not at least i can blame the track if the 60ft times are bad.

Ok so its set, this Friday August 28 at Cayuga, we will meet at 403 & Dundas Timmies 5-5:15 and depart 5:30 so we can make it to gates a bit before 7:00 so we can get a few runs in on a less slippery surface. Does this sound ok for everybody?
