Typical dealership BS. I just wanted to see how they valued my car, and it was about $4500 light (for a trade). Not a big deal, I have other options.

Took the car out for the first time since November. Roll down the windows and listen to that Borla Atak exhaust all the way to work. Pure joy, wash it and put a coat of Zanio detailer on her shiney as ever. Best engine ever to grace the M3.

Okay so I ran into an ordeal, I ordered 20" Niche Invert M163 wheels and Nitto NT555R Extreme Drag tires size 305/35/20, how can I make them fit because when I lowered the car the quarter panels came down to sit on top of the tire.

You need a much shorter tire

The 305/35/20 is 28.4" tall

Stock 265/35/19 is 26.3" tall

The closest to stock size on a 305 width on a 20" wheel would be a 305/25-20 which is 26" tall

No that size is still roughly 27.3" tall which is way to tall for our cars.

I am curious to why you would run a drag radial on a 20" wheel to begin with. You should be running 17"s in the rear for drag radials to get as much sidewall as possible.

Its because I wasnt getting enough traction with launch control. So i wanted something really wide and something that would grip a whole lot. But now i reordered with 305-30-20. I have heard that it rubs a little bit but i could care less.

Swap to a small diameter wheel and you will hook up a hell of a lot easier. Even with the widest stickiest tire out there you still need side wall flex to hook up. But good luck with fitting the tire. It might fit depending how low you are and what the width/offset of your wheels are.

I want to retract my criticism of gummi pflege earlier in this thread - i gave it another shot, but only after washing the door seals with soap and water, letter them dry and then applying the pflege and leaving the doors open for some hours. That was 6 weeks ago and still nary a squeak.
