What have you done with or to your M3 today?

Got my mode carbon side skirts installed

I did the OEM exhaust mod. I replaced the 2 large perferated pipes with 2 large stainless steel pipes, sealed it all up then painted the whole can matte black

Dropped it off at the dealer for a number of tasks:
- oil change
- brake fluid change
- diff oil change (due to NVH)
- software update
- repair tail light
- check for play on drive train (due to NVH)
- replace rusted brake bad clamps

My warranty will run out in 2 weeks, so I want everything looked at .

Not a dam thing. Drove the Tahoe instead. The M is still stored in the garage for the winter. The northeast is still experiencing late winter. This morning temp was 27 degrees F. From time to time I have gone into the garage with a bottle of red, taken off the cover, started her up, move her around, listened to the radio and almost made love in it with my wife (but it was too cold). 45o miles driven since I picked her up 12/22/2012, not much driving done.

Man I can't wait for warmer weather!

If your AC has seemed weak at all, have them check for leaks. I caught this on mine right at the end of my warranty - would have cost me a few thousand.

Will do a full write up when everything gets torn apart. First it goes to the dealer to get the pesky vanos check valves replaced.
