April lease rates

Anyone else over-anxious to see if rates drop in April? Had a nominal drop in March from February on E90 (equated to $5 bucks/month) but hoping for a nice increase in residual or a good drop in MF.

Anyway - here's to hoping....

Looking at the trend I dont think the rates will change in April (seem to be changing every two months) but I could be wrong.

hoping for a 58% res and .00125 MF + Owners loyalty discount....
