Actually it is a free standing garage. The stairs lead to attic storage.

I bought it from company here in NC - Automotive Equipment Company. The lift is made by Champion Lifts and is rate for 7000 lbs. I'm loving it!

Thanks to everyone for the kind words! Now I just wish it would frickin' warm up so I can spend some time out there. Haven't gotten around to getting a shop heater....
