Question Suspention question

Hi guys I was wondering for the electronic damping control if I get lowering springs could I still use that or will that mess up reverything. A friend of mine got the V3's and he can't use it but I was wondering with just the spring change can I still use that?

Thank you ///Minas

Yes the more modest lowering springs will work with edc. It remains to be seen whether or not it shortens their life however.

You'll find a lot of M3 owners moving away from the H&Rs in favor or Eibach or RD Sport.

We have both in stock if in the area, feel free to drop by.

Ground Control

I just had the Ground Control setup installed yesterday - specifically because it works with EDC. (Plus I wanted camber plates that wouldn't raise the car.) There are different spring rates (Eibach BTW) you can get depending on what you use the car for. Mine is a DD and track-er, so I wanted ride height minimally impacted if slightly lowered. It ended up only ~ 1/2" lower from stock.

My initial impression this morning is HOLY CRAP! I did some quick back & forth in all three settings to see how things felt. THIS is how the setup should be from the factory. Everything is marginally stiffer in each setting from stock. The amazing difference has to do with steering precision though. A friend we track with was following me and called me to report on body roll. With each progressive setting he saw "Only a little"... "Definitely less, really hardly any"... "HS! Practically none! That thing is a MACHINE!"

Can't wait to get it on a track. {sigh} No open lapping days for a couple of weeks though... Based on everything I've read, and now experienced with this setup, I HIGHLY recommend it.
