Bet you love the 335i's torque dearly compared to the tiny bit in the RX8.

I drove it back from the performance center. As a daily drive car, it's awesome. As a performance car, it's awesome (wish i had LSD though). As a track car? I'd probably rag out the 8 all day long, lol.

I always wonder how good the torque feels in it, compared to high-revving cars. |

I'm actually hoping the next M3 is FI. BMW really has the right idea when it comes to forced induction. Small, fast spooling turbos for instant torque. Now, the N54's turbos are undersized, but if they were any bigger, the 3 series would encroach on the M3's domain. Check out jpsimon's turbo upgrade thread on e90 post, or the ASR 1 series that hit 178mph trap at top gun with upgraded turbos and meth injection (for reference, a ZR1 does at 184 mph, Z06 175). There's more than enough potential to be had from the i6 to suit the M3, they'd just have to do the turbos right to keep it separated from the normal 3 series.

As long as I'm in town I'll make the meet. (and as long as its not a freebirds)
Chipotle is so much better than freebirds.

Lol! They're both good..they're very similar. Freebirds has more options while Chipotle is more burrito based (they also serve tacos). All three are great restaurants, I don't mind which one we go to. Maybe the one with the best parking lot?

Can you give some details on the rear camera / DVD integration with the navigation screen? I am very interested in doing this but curious about price, what to purchase, and who can install. (I have the '08 nav as well)

I've seen it in person and it's legit. I think if a few of us want it, maybe we could get a 'group buy' price from the guy since he'll probably have to fly out to DFW

Wow, yea, that backup camera is pretty sick. Looks exactly the same as my friend's nissan.
Really looks good. Btw, I'm bringing my D90 to the april 3rd meet for photos, so if you want pics, just let me know.
