Eibach Install/Where to Buy in L.A.?

Thanks to your advice I am going to buy the Eiback Pro Kit. A local tire shop that I value and trust quoted me a price a bit higher than I can buy the Springs from online, but what really caught me off guard was that they were saying install would be $375, which seems crazy high, considering some of you can DIY. Save your breathe, or typing, I cannot do this install on my own, so I wanted to see if any of you Los Angelenos have any good places around town to buy/install these springs cheap. Thanks.

I got a quote for $300 at Chatsworth Tire.

That doesn't include alignment, obviously.

HA! That's where I went! They quoted me $95 for teh kit, plsu $25 shipping, bull shit, and $375 for install

Chatsworth tire does amazing work and is very competitively priced on tires/wheels, but needless to say I am not going there for this.

That's called the BMW tax + //M tax.

You can try LTBMW who can usually get you the springs and install for cheap.

Also, this guy (Daniel) is mobile and will do the springs for $250 and coils for $300.

Yeah it's funny, whern I call people for prices/quotes I say I ahve a BMW 3 Sedan.

Weird. They quoted me $75 per strut.

They did my Viper a couple years ago for the same, $300.

$75 per wheel is pretty standard at tire shops, but once they hear you have a BMW, it tends up inch up a little. Then if it's an M car, it goes up a little more. It sucks.

$300 is not bad... It's quite a simple project but it takes some time.

It's mainly the fronts. The rears can be done in 15 min/side with a lift and impact wrench.

Got them installed by Long Tran today, he did a great job and is a cool guy, highly reccomended.

All the techs own M3's and the owner races an e36m3 w an S54 w NASA & BMWCCA

They did my e46m3 and my e90m3 = highly recommend

He does the work out of his garage which might as well be a professional shop with all the tools he has. That being said I know he is opening up a shop soon.

Don't let the fact that he does it out of his own garage scare you, guy knows more about BMW's and does better work than most techs I have ever met. He's located in El Monte, I drove there from Calabasas, which is not close, just to get the work done right.
