Is this for coupes only or will it work for sedans also?

Its for the coupe only. The Sedan is different .... as that has DOORS in the back ;-)
Heres a link to it on accessories. http://accessories.bmwusa.com/ItemVi...&productId=781 The pic is a bit misleading as it doesnt loop over the front seats in the coupe. You have a separate backcover for the front seat. Its a really nicely designed item. I've just ordered a new one for my X5 !! |

Too bad this won't work in a sedan. If it did, I'd be sending you payment already.
Good luck with the sale.

Best I could do ... this is on the 4 door. For the 2 door, the cover doesnt hook over the front seats. You get a separate cover for the back of the front seats so folks and dogs and get in and out easy !!
Its really a great cover ... if you are thinking about buying one, I would jump at this before it goes ... lots of folks on the fence right now. |

What does it hook onto for the coupe then? Looks like installation in a coupe could be a pain in the rear. That said I'm very interested...there have been so many occasions I wanted to drive the M...but wasn't about to put my 7 month old boxer on towels in the back seat. lol.
Please let me know. thanks!

oh no, its very straightforward. The cover on the rear seat hooks through the rear headrests and then some little elastic tags that go under the seat cushion to hold it in position.
It takes a couple of minutes to put the cover on. The covers that go over the back of the front seats take moments to put on. BMW really thought this through when the designed it. It even has a zip through it, should you have one rear seat folded down !! It comes in a nice nylon bag and has instructions ..... |

I'll take it. send me your paypal info.
I was looking for one for my dog on my 335i coupe. I'm in San Diego, CA so shipping shouldn't be much. And let's say it "sold".
