Lease Payments
Hello guys, I am wondering how much lease payments are going for an 08 DCT coupe.
Packages: Premium Technology DCT Carbon leather trim, Doesn't necessarily have to be those packages. What are you guys paying? |

The MSRP and invoice pricing and current rates and residuals are all clearly posted readily available in this forum. If you can't calculate what your own lease payments would be, you have no business (1) leasing or (2) buying such an expensive car.

Not only did BMW lower interest rates for all their vehicles to 0.9% for financing but they also have some killer lease deals as well. You should be able to get a well equipped car for somewhere in the $900 range with maybe a $2500 deposit.

Actually, you can get the payment down in the $650 range if you can lower the mileage. For the coupe MF is .0005. Do 42 months, 10k miles per year for a residual of 51%. Assume MSRP $63000, cap cost $59000 (assuming you can negotiate about $1k over invoice). Then do 6 security deposits to get the MF to .00008. Payment is $659 before taxes. Pay the Gas Guzzler tax, LAF, Security Deposits, and TTL at signing.
If you do a sedan and don't need alot of options, you can get the payment even lower. These money factors are incredible on the M3. I got something similar in early 2007 on my 5 series. MSRP $61k, my lease payment is only $561 with nothing down except six SDs. |

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
