WTB: 09+ E90 M3 (closer to socal the better)

Hey all,

The time has come for another m3. Have cash ready to go for the right car.

Here's what I'm looking for:

09+
Clean title with no accidents or paintwork (or if it does have an accident on record, I need to at least know the specific details and what was repaired)
Any color other than jerez or jet black
Prefer DCT but won't rule out manual
Under 100k miles
The closer to stock the better. No clapped out cars.
Don't necessarily care about rod bearings as I'll do them anyway, but suppose it's a bonus if done by a reputable shop with receipts
Budget is around $25-30k. Would prefer to stay around the 25k mark. Also wouldn't mind a higher mileage car (i.e. 130+) for closer to 20k.
Closer to socal the better, wouldn't mind flying out and driving back but no east coast or rust belt cars.

I know the market very well and have gone through numerous m3's and believe this is a reasonable ask. Had a few cars sell because I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger, but am good to go now.
