abs malfunction and more

hello so i have been getting these codes for a while they went away but came back when im driving i get a abs and stability control code and when i plug my obd reader it says u1118 lost communication with speed. i have a youtube video of what happens if anyone wants to see what it looks like any feedback would be appreciated.

The u1118 code doesn't sound exactly related, usually fixed by replacing the battery.

The speedometer acting makes me think you should replace your wheel speed sensors. Easy DIY job.

Many scan tools should be able to pick up the live data while you're driving from all four wheel speed sensors and that will tell you which one is broken by reporting a speed of 0 or something very inconsistent with the other ones.

You can certainly go with cheaper aftermarket ones from Amazon but those may not last as long.
