Fs: 2009 E93 M3 DCT with 65K miles
For sale: Below are the details about my M3 (E93), but happy to answer any questions you might have regarding the vehicle (e.g., VIN, more pics, receipts, etc.). Thanks for looking. This is a 2009 E93 M3 with roughly 66K miles on it. This is LCI and DCT transmission. I am located in St. Louis Missouri and there is no lien on this vehicle (title in my possession). I believe I am the 3rd owner and the 2nd owner is a good friend of mine. I can’t speak for the 1st owner and how the owner took care of this vehicle, but under the 2nd owner, this vehicle has not seen any snow and is garaged and well-maintained. I purchased this vehicle back in September 2021 when it had 53K ish miles on it (put 12K miles in roughly 2.75 years). Everything I listed below took place during this time frame (September 2021 thru May 2024). Interior & Electronic Tan leather with black CF threaded-looking dash Navigation, heated seat, CD player, comfort package (or higher?), etc. IND black DCT shift knob with M3 tri-color stitched boot IND special edition red/black engine start button Weather Tech floor mats (front & back) M3 OEM competition pedals BMW OEM convertible wind-deflector Carbontastic carbon fiber and leather steering wheel Madtrace magnetic shifter w/ aluminum paddles (I have two sets of CF paddles, one short and one long included) Glossy CF look M3 window button covers (Ebay?) OEM BMW two front cup holders with cover panel Bimmertech MMI rearview camera P3 vent gauge Sequential side marker/blinkers (Ebay?) LED headlight bulbs (can’t remember the name but these were around $180 to $200 ish at the time of purchase) Black M3 trunk emblem (I think I have one extra one which I’ll include) Two key fobs both w/ comfort access Exterior & Wheels Metallic matt black vinyl wrap (original color is Jet Black) Two-piece forged 19” wheels (HRE replica, NOT the real one) w/ Azenis FK510 tires (265/35 front & 275/35 rear). Put them on around September 2022 Turner Motor 5mm wheel spacers (installed in front) Turner Motor wheel stud conversion kit Project Kics R40 Neochrome lug nuts with wheel lock Black-out M-stripe front grilles (IND?) Color-matched front bumper reflectors (will be included) Carbon fiber M4 style trunk spoiler (POM Performance) Carbon fiber side marker covers (POM Performance) Carbon fiber front bumper spoiler (I purchased this from a forum member so I am not 100% sure but I think it’s from POM Performance) Matek rear bumper diffuser (also purchased from a forum member) OEM BMW M3 license plate frames (front & rear) Engine & Other Performance Eisenmann race exhaust (axle-back) American racing (???) front strut tower bar (purchased from a forum member) Active Autowerks test pipe Dinan underdrive pulley Dinan Air intake filter (filter only) Retro-fit BBK w/ 6 pistons in front & 4 in the rear (NOT real Brembo), installed in July 2022 Evolve Stage 2 tune (w/ DCT tune) Maintenance and Other Oil changes done once a year (around every 5K miles w/ BMW synthetic oil) O2 sensors replaced (OEM BMW) when test-pipe was installed Spark plugs replaced (OEM BMW) Fuel pressure valve replaced (OEM BMW) Both throttle actuators replaced (One OEM BMW and one VOD?, both new) Thermostat replaced w/ new O-rings (OEM BMW) Coolant pressure sensor replaced (OEM BMW) Battery replaced (Can remember the name but I can look it up if needed. NOT the light weight race version) Brake fluid flush when BBKs were installed (July 2022) Emissions and safety inspections done annually per state of MO requirements (Passed emissions with the tune) Conditioned the rubber linings/seals where the convertible roof rests annually to prevent water leaks. There are no water leaks and I will include the conditioner kit which should be good for a few more seasons. ONLY filled 93 octane gas while in 2nd owner and my possession Miscellaneous Items (these will come with the vehicle) One fuse for the convertible roof mechanism (aka salmon fuse) Original head light bulbs OEM brake calipers (front & rear) with pads (pads look like they have some life left) OEM wheel bolts (prior to stud conversion) OEM wheels NOT included Bimmergeeks protook scanner (this is tied to my email address so I am not sure if it can be transferred, but happy to try) Vinyl wrap (left over from wrapping the vehicle) May be a few other random parts I can’t remember at this moment Problems and Issues RB and bolts NOT yet done DCT flush NOT yet done No error codes (scanned with Bimmergeeks scanner regularly) Prior to vinyl wrapping, paint was in great condition, washed and waxed regularly (by me at least) Some imperfections with the wrap as I did the work myself (bubbles on both side skirts, wrinkles where convertible parts rub, minor scuff marks, etc.). If preferred, I can remove the wrap completely. Also have enough wrap left to re-wrap the side skirts. Rear license holder frame needs appropriately sized screws as the current ones are slightly short and cause some rattle noise. One of the plastic clips in the rail of roof mechanism broke off (two clips holding one paper-clip like metal wire) shortly after I purchased this vehicle. I came up with a preventive fix where strong tape was wrapped around all remaining plastic clips to prevent the wire from springing out and breaking the plastic clips. No issues with the roof. FYI, I wrote about this in this forum and multiple e93 owners contacted me about the fix since. Front tires rub a section of fender linings on both sides, very slightly, at the full wheel turn due to the size of the tires (35 series slightly too thick). You can see the rub mark where the tires rub but no noticeable wear in the linings. There was a minor rear-end hit under 2nd owner which involved a parking attendant hitting the rear bumper in front of downtown Chicago hotel. I believe the damage was to the bumper only (no structural damage) and was around $2K ish. BTW, I am selling this M3 because I have an opportunity to acquire a Porsche (911 Carrera S Cabriolet) in the next few months. It would be nice to have more downpayment for my new ride but not in any rush to sell this vehicle. However, I will entertain reasonable offers so please feel free to let me know. Thanks for looking!
