Front Left - Eccentric Spin on Wheel Hub

Something I've noticed on my front left before and after refreshing the front control arms is that the wheel hub has an eccentric spin. The front right wheel hub spins close to a perfect circle but the front left does not.

I was also due for a wheel hub replacement for the front and that was done. I checked the FL steering knuckle and cleaned it when mounting the wheel hub. Even with the new wheel hub, it doesn't spin perfectly. It's most easily noticed when spinning the brake rotor as it looks like it has a warp.

Has anyone else seen this on their cars?
