Hi guys
Having problems with this. I'm using vacuum bleeder, opened the clutch bleed screw, two full turns, some old fluid came out, and stopped. Level at reservoir doesn't decrease. Pedal is with no pressure at all. Even took completely off the bleed screw, got it in my hand, and no fluid came from the slave. May there be something clogged inside? pbonsalb |

Got a friend here to help me.
Man, I did that sequence of open, pump, close, release, about 20 times or more. There is always air coming when pumping, but reservoir doesn't decrease even a milimeter. Makes me think there is air entering the line in some place. |

Mystery solved, reservoir is partitioned in two sectors (brake and clutch), I didn't know.
You have to fill it up to almost overflowing for it to go to clutch sector. Thanks to the member amrazM who told me that. |

What happens under normal operation when fluid drops closer to min? Wouldn't this cause the clutch to suck air?

Only if the level drops below the master cylinder admission, I think. Until that, there will always be fluid down there to be sucked and pumped to the line.
