I've used them on my much older BMW's with decent results. Usually I have a reason to use the product.
What makes you think you need an engine flush product? |

I have used the liqui moly stuff. Can’t say it makes any difference. It would probably help a neglected engine that has a bunch of sludge in it from failing to do regular oil changes when using conventional oil.

If a full synthetic was used and changed regularly, absolutely no need. Now if you have been using dinosaur juice and not changed the oil, that's another story. I remember tearing down engines that had run Quaker State that looked like a crude oil tar pit inside!
