Jk Jk It's a sports car to sports car comparison. I'm in the market for cars and just wanted to see peoples feedback. |

It's a sports car comparison between two cars that don't actually compete with each other. If I had the money for the AMG, I wouldn't have the M3. I wouldn't have the AMG either, however. I'd be in whatever 911 I could get into for the same price. I love the styling of the AMG, but don't like automatics in my fun cars.

I've driven the GTS and there's no comparison with the M3. In stock form, the GTS is head and shoulders faster/better handling in any measurable way.
The only thing I didn't like about the GTS is that it has a strange suspension set up where it can unsettle on high speed bumps. With traction control off, it can be quite a handful mid corner if you hit a bump - it is not as forgiving as the M3. I believe with a good coilover suspension and alignment, the GTS can be fixed though. I dunno if the GTR has the same issue.

Absolutely pointless question of two vastly different cars in every imaginable way other than the fact that both have four wheels.
