Can't argue with that

That car was listed in the for sale section here for about 3 months at 38K and no one bought it...
There are a lot of people on here that seem to think E90 M3's are some kind of rare magical car and anything decent will be snapped up, when infact the market is quite the opposite. |

My reasoning for believing this is that for a while the practicality of the sedan made it attractive... but as time marches on and these things get older and more tedious to maintain and more expensive to keep fuel in, no amount of doors will make this thing "practical" — nobody is going to pack the family in and hit the road. Might as well go for the coupe at this point. At least that's my theory.

They still are, apples to apples. But your theory does have some logic and they may reach parity over time. This car would be low $30Ks as a coupe. Clean low mile E90s are rare, of course fewer made to start but they were more often daily drivers so even fewer low mile examples remaining.

Also, the sedan does look a bit special to me. I never mistake a regular E90 3series for an M, but I do mistake 335's from a distance. It's pretty fun passing fast cars on track in a four door, too. That said, $50k for a 28k mile car seems ludicrous to me. I paid $41k for a 13k mile manual E90 in 2015, and it's not like these cars are classic status or anything...

Like everyone said, not worth anywhere near $50k. Car is in rough condition inside out for only having 28k miles and the color and options are not great either. Only good thing is it’s a e90 and 6mt. I’d say it’s worth $35k on a good day.
