Hah love it. I blew the S54 in my 01 M Coupe and 02 M3 back in the day, luckily both were under warranty (rod bearings on both). I had two Z4M Roadsters however, and never had a single issue with either (best cars ever). Good luck to all still driving on those motors!!

Going to be cliche hearing me say this on the forum but I prefer my Z4MR to my 991 on sunny days when I can get the sun down. Z4M is like a scrappy little bulldog trying to hustle while the 991 is like a Greyhound that never breaks a sweat but too much stability and no drama. Better highway/autobahn crusher where the Z4M is fun on both city streets and highway.

What do we have here? OEM spec bearings they tried forcing into our motors. Show this to the naysayers that say clearance isn't an issue.
