Swapped the stock chrome kidney grills back on, I think it looks much better paired with the stock side gills as both accent the polished lips and tones down the black accents now.

I wish I could turn on that reduced power tune selectively.

Precisionraceworks Angel Eyes & CF Eyelid, Bavgrüppe Demon Eyes.
brettcp
Shiza Finally got the car back together and took some pics today. I ordered a light switch with the Fog Light button and now can control the headlight auto function with the fog light button. I was annoyed with the CIC/Android display dimming when I put just the angel eyes on in the parking lights position. Now they work like I want them to. They angel eyes are on as DTRL's now. The DTRL's (headlights) that were also on during the day before. When it gets dark the headlights come on as they should even though the green light next to auto is off during the day. Hard to explain. The Precisionraceworks Angel Eyes hooked up to the Angel Eye H8 plugs, Demon eyes can cause errors so I looked for the code to code out the pending bulb error, due to plugging in the Demon Eyes split off of one side of the H8 plug, but I don't have that option "cold and hot running lights" and have received no errors. I went with the CF eyelids from Bauvgroup. I had some plastic ones from ebay, but they said they will likely warp over time, not taking that chance, don't want to do this again. All in all fairly easy process just takes time. Screwed the demon eye in didn't use 2 sided tape like on video's I watched. Again tried to do it right the first time. Did not paint the chrome inside as my car E93 has a lot already. Sorry night pics too bright for camera. Last edited by nolaman1970; 06-11-2019 at 10:32 PM.. Reason: Add text |

Got my car back from my body guy. Someone traded paint with my car in the parking lot last week on the driver side nose. With years of rock chips, road rash, orange peel, with the new scuff, I just had the bumper completely resprayed. After months of fighting with the seller, finally got my 4pt. and bolted it right on in, still bubble wrapped.

is there some established link between cowbells and driveshafts? I've seen lots of theories on the cowbell, but mostly to do with brake shields or release springs, not driveshafts.
This is interesting to me as I have occasional cowbells myself, and I think I also have some new noise that sounds like a wheel bearing, but I might just be hearing things that are normal/not there, as its only with the top down and there's no sign of any play or roughness when the car is on the quickjack. |

Mine's not that bad, it only happens from standstill on mine occasionally. It won't reoccur if I'm on and off the throttle at low speeds. If I was him I would definitely fix that...
