Best websites to find used m3
Hello all!
I was wondering if anyone knew good websites to find used m3's. I've tried cars.com, autotrader, carguru, bmw cpo, bluebook and etc, however, I can't seem to find the m3 I want and I started to notice not all used m3's are listed on these sites. I found some at random dealership websites by luck and would love to know if you guys have any secret websites or some tips If you happen to see one by chance, please let me know! I am willing to get the car shipped. Looking for a low mileage (0-30k miles) 2012-2013 White/Grey m3 with competition package, DCT, black or red interior, CF roof and only one previous owner. Thanks in advance! Last edited by zed31; 08-31-2015 at 10:07 PM.. |

What distance are you looking at? Be prepared to travel many hours / hundreds of miles for the right car

At this point, all across the country. I am located in Southern California. I would prefer to buy the car in CA, but I am willing to have the car shipped if I can get a good deal.

Thank you for the replies! I have been looking at M3post classfied as well. Just looking for other avenues, where people have had success. Any other options are appreciated.

you will probably get a better deal through this site than autotrader or cars.com, but you just have to remain diligent. sometimes owners are not members here, so you could potentially miss out if you're not searching through all the venues.

I found mine on autotrader. However, I've been seeing commercials that carfax now has a vehicle search function so I'd give that a shot. Any good used car these days comes with a carfax report so I'm guessing that might be a good resource.

You can search eBay too...most cars are on every site.

Don't expect a huge inventory of them. I'm guessing the amount of M3 at any time is around 50 cars, more or less. Of course it narrows down as you increase your specs. Try Cars.com, autotrader, carmax, cargurus, fourms like this one and BMW dealers. Something a little more risky will be eBay and craigslist. You will be lucky to find the one in one month. People have search their cars for up to one year or even more.

I fly out the night before, blew some hotel points, took an uber to the dealership, test drove the car, did an inspection, and drove the car straight home 1300 miles. Made it to work on time too!
I used just about every site mentioned here to find a car. Another good site is www.autobytel.com |
