EAS won't return calls and sent me wrong products

I ordered a few parts from eas a few weeks ago. A lic. Plate frame, bmc fikters and oem black m3 side markers. They sent me m4 markers and obviously didn't fit. I tried emailing to get return info, tried calling multiple times over different days and,only goes to VM and tried private messaging tom hete on boards. No response.
It's only a few hundred bucks in parts so not tge end of tge world but rather return them yet I cannot reach a soul.

Anyone else have idea how to get a hold of someone?

I emailed the email address on their main site to inquire about a product recently and got a response pretty quickly...but you'll probably have to wait until Monday now

Did you ever get this resolved? They are usually good about getting back to you...well for me anyways. Hopefully all goes well with this.

I believe it depends on when you are contacting them. I've tried e-mailing and messaging and it takes weeks for a response or nothing at all.

Then there are times they respond minutes after you message or call.

Odd, I haven't received a PM from you. I just received a note from another forums member this thread was posted.
