Please help ! Speaker isnt working

Hi i bought a 2008 m3 last week
everything is really perfect and i love the car.
but the only problem i have is that the speakers arent working.

The only speaker working was
Center
driverside front
rear driverside


front passenger and middle speaker wasnt working at all.
and it really sounds terrible....

do u guys have any idea what the problem is?
is it the amp or... smth else?


oh and when i turn the volume super high and put the base max
the speaker makes tearing noise.
