Question about my winter setup

Hi everyone, I was hoping you may be able to answer some questions I have about my winter setup as it is new to me. Yesterday I swapped out my 19 inch 220M’s for the OE 270M 18’s with PA3’s. The questions I have are:

1. What PSI should these be at ideally? The tire on the sidewall says max 50 PSI but the sticker on the inside car says 35 PSI, but these were for the 19’s. They are currently around 40 PSI, but I am not sure if I should change it.

2. As many of you have mentioned before, the new 235/40/R18’s look smaller in the back compared to the 19’s, can/should I use spacers to make it look better? What will I lose if I do this? Also, what size spacers do you recommend?

3. Anyone know what the little arrow on the back of the wheel is for? I installed it with it pointing up but I have no idea if that is what I should have done.

Thanks so much!
