Awesome...
Love it the interior and cage look awesome! it's a bolt in though right? any pics of the mounting points and the floor? I wanna see what you removed/changed to bolt it all in! looks very discreet though since it kept the rear main seat portion. most likely newbs to racing will thing cages in a convertible look funny. or..... fanboi's because they have the close minded analogy that bmw fanbois have that vert isnt m3 etc..roof line is weird bs....blah blah.. I have been wanting to do a recaro in my vert also and was too scared due to the roll over protection, but the cage actually looks much better than I thought.I would probabbly do a matte color on mine though. but seriously...all those mods for racing and on stock wheels and tires? any pictures from a normal distance... that are not super super zoomed in so we can see the whole car with the top down as if we were standing a few yards away from it with a horizonal picture?

wow so i assume the top can close with the rollbar in or does the owner have to unbolt it.
it sucks for E93 owners how you basically need a harness since the seatbelts are built into the seats |

When working at Ultrasmith in Manhattan we used to fabricate removable roll bars in a lot if Ferrari F355 Spiders since they were required to bring them on the track.

Is that a CF gas tank by any chance? Hard to make out the bow shaped object underneath.
Surprised he didn't remove the rear seats for weight savings since they are useless now. |

Just my opinion: that car looks hideous. The stickers on the steering wheel, the wavy flat paint, the wavy rear lip that's installed crooked (warped) over the left exhaust tip. The muffler pressed up against the body.
Went from a classy looking car that looked $75,000+ to a used car lot gangster special with bondo'd looking body work (I know it's just the crappy flat paint job that's making the sheet metal look like it's been smashed up by a Ford Expedition then repaired in Tijuana for $200) I'm sure the sheet metal is just fine. |
