M3 Stuff If Anyone is Interested
I just sold my 2012 E92 M3 with my money placed at my dealership for an M4. I have the following available in great to mint condition if anyone wants them. The only thing is that it is first come, first serve, and it is for local pick up (I don't want to ship anything, as I am pretty busy). 3D design black leather key fobs (2), BMW OEM M key fob, weather tech floor matts and trunk liner with exact fit to an E92 M3, two bottles of oil from the dealership that I never needed and never opened (I was told the V8 can be thirsty for oil, but never was an issue). I am just giving these things away to my fellow BMW M forum members as I enjoy this website very much. I figured it would be the nice thing to do and to show appreciation to the forum for giving me input on things in the past.

sweet. where in VA are you located?
I talked to my dealer about the M4. They told me that they are not taking 'pre-orders' yet. Quote:

I am located in Fredericksburg. Each dealership will be different, and there isn't a formal order form yet, but depending how much money you put down it is more of a matter of being on the list. I put money down several months ago, and this is also the same dealership that I bought my E92 from. All I know is that I am #1 on the list at my dealership and I can't wait to order it when we get to that stage, plus I like my sales associate. He is great to work with.

Thank you for your generosity!
I would love to pick up the floor mats and trunk liner, and am happy to pick up the other items for anyone else in the NOVA (Arlington, Fairfax, DC area) that was interested in them. I'm a bit tied up myself this week, but could drive up on Friday evening or Saturday afternoon. There's also a slim chance I may free up tonight, if that is more convenient for you. Thanks again! |

Definitely getting some interest in the things which is great. First come, first serve so who ever comes to pick up the stuff it is theirs. Just let me know in advance so other people won't waste a trip and I will update this thread to let everyone know who is interested. I have sent PM to people with my address.

The Cayenne S is great. It is a very complete package. Can drive it in bad weather, handles well for an SUV, well put together. I am not of fan of base engine vehicles and I would recommend an S or GTS or turbo, however the Cayenne with the 6 cylinder is still really nice. Its a fairly heavy vehicle so a bit more torque from a V8 fits it nicely.

From the forum, I got the impression that it would be next summer when people will be taking delivery. I don't think we will have to wait till the summer of 2015. It will likely be a model year 2015 that they will release around July of 2014.
