FAASST Driving School
I'm curious if anybody has attended the FAASST Performance Driving School... If so, what are your thoughts? Worth the cost?

Is this the PPIR school or is that the Bondurant? Most schools are worth it if you want to learn the abilities of your car and track fundamentals. I'm unfamiliar with the FAAST classes, I must say. Cost?

PPIR has the Bondurant school. I was at PPIR this past weekend racing with NASA and saw the Bondurant cars, don't know how their school is.
FAASST is in Pueblo. I've attended a few Military Charity lapping days with FASSTT, but not a school. I like that they walk the track with newbies to show them things to keep their eyes open for before setting rubber to pavement. Judy just took over running the Pueblo track this year, so it'll be interesting to see how she balances the school and track maintenance.

FAASST has courses out of both pueblo and high plains. $895 for a full day. 5 track sessions, 3 classroom sessions, track walk, and 3.5 hours of track time.

That seems high for an instructional track day to me. Maybe someone that's attended a FAAST event can chime in?

I don't have any personal experience with the "FAASST" school, but--based purely on the cost--I'm fairly confident in two statements: 1) If you haven't attended any other HPDEs/Schools, you won't regret paying the money, and 2) If bang-for-your-buck is a consideration, you'll be better off attending any number of HPDEs at $200ish/day with instructors for beginners.
