As far as M3's go, I think there will be at least 3, but only E92's. No cabs or saloon concepts. This is the public debut of the coupe so they'll leave it at that.
If there is going to be a concept anything it will be the concept M6 CSL. I am going on the 1st trade day (Thursday 13th September), so I'll take loads of pics and post them as soon as I can. |

Personally I'm hoping there is a Sparkling Graphite M3 there. There hasn't been one pick of that on an M3 yet, which is good because it will hopefully be a rare colour. I saw a sparkling graphite E92 335i this morning with the M sport package and it looked really good. I think Fox Red will look great with this colour. |

Personally, I think the CSL wheels look dated and from a previous generation on the e92. I think you can completely tell that they where designed for a different body style of car, especially when comparing an e46 to an e92 when both have the CSL's. Oh well.

LOL, that's what I'm dreaming. I'm dying to see an E92 in LSB.

Price, price, price
Probably been posted before but do you think that we will hear US pricing just before, after or during Frankfurt? Seems like a good possibility to me. What about US price announcements of other M cars - did it happen at their official production launch motor show? US M5/6 guys should be able to help here with some history that may repeat itself.
P.S. esquire - was that massive sarcasm in your post ^? I think mofomat's comments are exactly the rumors I have heard as well and from good sources like Scott26 from BMW. Was such sarcasm required when mofomat clearly stated his thoughts were rumors. |

I think it would make sense for US pricing to be released at the official world release of the car. I am hoping that in two weeks I will know if I am going to continue with my M3 purchase or not.

Guys I would not get your hopes up for US pricing. I'll bet that they will hold it close 'til the last minute. I personally don't expect US pricing until calendar 2008. That would be the BMW USA way.
Notice the recent E93 debut. No US pricing at the world debut. And not even US pricing at the _US debut_ either. Same thing with the 550i/650i. Same thing with the 335i. Heck for the 550i and 335i there were literally cars on the lots with NO PRICES YET. Yes, it is the BMW USA way, and it will probably happen here too. |
