now that's service, I don't get any such updates from mine. just the promise he'll call me once he gets the call from his dept. that the car is there.

Hey, did your WW Website tracking indicate "Custom / Liner Release"? Or has it not changed from "Delivered From"?

Just put in your Vin # in the cargo id and it will show you the details.

My sale person is also nice. But it might have been different if it wasn't a sale manger that is dealing with my car. I know sales manger have to deal with more the a regular sales rep. Just bite the bullet and wait.

I'll see how I'm treated this week and up to point of delivery. Right now I'm sitting on about 6 weeks, so well within the acceptable range of order to in the driver's seat.

Thanks, will check in tomorrow. It seems like the WW site does not always change. As long as it states "Delivered From", your car is headed to a dealership soon.

Not to be a pain , but did your 800 number say "At Dealer" or still "In Transit" or does your BWMUSA site now say "At Dealership"?

800 number is weird.. it says "vehicle is at port waiting for a shipping vessel".. I dunno what port its referring to...

I have to admit, I've never really heard of reps offering gifts. They pretty much scoff at the idea of giving anything for free. Unlike Audi, who i heard showers people with gifts after they've bought a car.

ray catena benz gave my dad stuff...even sent us flowers last xmas.. and he didnt buy anything special , a CPO CLK350 for like 40k (2years ago that was a fair price for an 08 with 16k miles on it

Yeah benz gave me some free winter mats and a few key chains on my C-class lease..

all goood we get free maintenance lol
