IND Gloss Black or OEM Black Chrome Grilles/Gills on Space Grey
I've been going back and forth with the grills and gills I want to get for my 2013 Space Grey ZCP.
Since my car won't get built till next week, I'm itching to get some exterior cosmetic mods and get rid of that fugly chrome. So in your experience, what trim do you think would complement the space grey? Pictures welcomed ;-)

I have a space gray M3 also and I purchased the BMW black front grills along with gloss black side gills and now it looks much better. Gills are a pain in the ass to do and you have to be very careful not to scratch the paint when removing them. There is a DIY instructions for the gills that was helpful.
Now the all match the gloss black plastic trim and looks much better IMO. Cheers, RB |

I've noticed the black OEM stuff tends to fade pretty quickly and turns purplish.
I just had my OEM grilles painted Jet Black and they look great! (pretty much exactly what iND does)

Are these the same as the Black Chrome?
Any idea who sells these or what the part numbers are? I'm currently in Germany for 3 more weeks, so I may be able to pick these up from a BMW dealership here; however my German language is non-existent, so part numbers would be great.

Your M looks badass. If I would have seen these pics earlier I may have gone that route. Unfortunately, I just ordered the OEM black chrome set from Tischer BMW.

Trying to find pics of the black chrome on space gray. My matte black is starting to look really cheap IMO but has held up really well. Wondering if the black chrome wouldn't hold up as well. |
