Who makes bars for the car? RD Sport? I know Dinan makes the front bar.

Just did 2 days at Watkins Glen....the RS1s are awesome!!!!!!!
I'll do a write up tomorrow. But they were substantially better then my KW CS kit I used last year there for the same event.

With the RS1, do you still have the ability to go back to stock ride height?

The shocks themselves are going to be shorter then OEM pieces, so it will depend on the spring and other components. I would contact James@BW and ask. Im dropped about 1.5" actually. Little too low, needs to come up a touch actually.

Last year I was at the Glen with KW Clubsports, which I though worked well at the track. As a comparison though, I was hitting an extra 20KM on the back straight this year, because I was going up the esses with much more confidence. I was also having to shift up into 4th or 5th in places that I did not last year because I was carrying much more speed into corners and out of them. Now I was running NT05s last year and RS3s this year, so that might have something to do with it as well. Overall, extremely happy with the set up. After, I just adjusted the shocks back to my street settings, and drove the 350KM home in comfort. Contact Bimmerworld if you guys are looking for the best dual set up out there IMO. I'll be at Mosport in August which is another fast track.

Very good to hear!
We should be finishing up our install later this week when we get the plates back from GC. Looks like we'll be doing the Laguna Seca event without the RD bars as they will not make it in time. Still expecting good things from this setup though. |

Friend of mine drove my car last night as my back was hurting, he owns a stock 2007 M Coupe. He was amazed at how well my car rides with the JRZs. Its sooo much better then his car.
They do a great job of soaking up the bumps and not just riding over them and not transmitting the impact of expansion joints and sharper impacts, especially on the hwy.

My tires make more noise. They are pretty quiet. Just a little spring bind noise which is being taken care of.

What do you guys think about the jrz rs1 single adjustable with fixed ride height. Do like eibach springs or stick with stock springs.
I'm thinking about this as a mainly dd setup. |

Perfectly acceptable, but for the money you're spending on the jrz's why not spend a little more so that you can adjust the ride height and corner balance? Just go easy on the spring rates for your DD.

My budget is about 3k max, if I go into the adjustable JRZs I think It'll go up to 4k.
