Sigh you didn't read the entire post. Out the door. Tax, tag, title, delivery fee, etc. I'm actually a Porsche fanboi.

Give me a break --- you missed the target price by 35%+/-; hardly close. Taxes, etc. don't bring the out the door cost anywhere close to $190K. On top of that, last time I checked you have those same taxes, etc on top of the price tag of a $91K GT-R as well.

Did someone forget to take their meds. you sir (Alms211) are angry, calm down. Everyone here has the right to post and have an opinion. GTR or Porsche both great vehicles but yes there is a major price difference for equal performance.

i disagree with ALMS here.
the argument of buying a used turbo vs a brand new gtr doesn't make sense. one could say they would buy a used gtr for 60-70k too. i rather buy a brand new car than a used one everytime if i can afford it. a used car has less/zero warranty, previous owner might abused it, and at the end of the day, it has already been used by someone. pay 100+k for a car and you still feel it was used by someone else already is not a good feeling IMO. a fully load GTR premium which included all the options such as NAV, premium audio, etc is just 90k. so there is 51k different in price, that is not a small different IMO consider the turbo doesn't handle as well as the gtr and is actually slower than the GTR around the track. only the turbo S can match it. But the turbo S is pushing 170k easily. I love the GTR, obviously, and I have passed on buying 997 Turbos because of price but you are exaggerating the gap. I had my eye on a 997 Turbo S my dealer had, that was nicely equipped, and it was $165k. I couldn't rationalize the gap when the '12 GTR came out but it wasn't even close to $100k(let alone on a regular Turbo).
