Hard to answer without knowing what tires you plan to run (size and model)... I run 275/30/19's in the front and 295/30/19's in the rear with similar offsets (running yokohama AD08's which run very wide). I have et18 in the front on 9.5" wheels and et25 in the rear on 10.5" wheels - No rubbing but about 1mm of clearance in the rear. I think a 295 in the rear with your wheel specs is possible but I have not experimented with it. Your wheel will sit outward 6mm more than mine but the tire will be more stretched. Success will depend on the tire you use and your camber setting. Ride height is less of a factor (no matter what height you set, the suspension travel still follows the same path - assuming the same camber / alignment settings). You will be close to rubbing the inner springs in the front with 275's and et20. I have ran et22 with 275's but it left some marks on my clubsport springs. I added 5mm spacers to gain more clearance. I have successfully gone as low as et15 on 9.5" wheels with 275's in the front.
