Look at it like this - It makes the slip on system without tips real cheap:

2504,20EUR - 990,00EUR = 1514,20EUR

BTW, If you have a keen eye on the tips, you will see that nobody can do them for just 50EUR!

is the akrapovic full exhaust system a good system? or would fabspeed pipes and x-pipe put together with a akrapovic exhaust slip on be better?

I cannot say your alternative brand is good or bad as i haven't tried it out but i highly recommend the Akrapovic, it is better than a good system, it is fantastic.
