ahhh makes more sense, id expect oem wheels to depreciate harder. I'd say brand new the OEM M6 wheels would be stupidly expensive from the stealership

Get the M6 if you can avoid the need spacers. Better to get wheels that fit properly on the car without spacers or hub rings. They look pretty good on the M3 pic you posted too. The OEM finish will be more durable than a powder coat.

And Volk that is, but will keep them in the original LE37T finish (black spokes with polished lip) for now

I wouldn't get either. The volks look somewhat whack because the offsets aren't right plus you got to refinish. I'd go with a different wheel entirely. M6 reps would be my last option as if I replace my OEM BMW wheels I want them to be different and not from another model OEM replacement.
Pick something else! Just my 2 cents..
