I like the signs he has infront of the Mini on the left and the Porsche on the right. I'm guessing the one infront of the 5'er is one of those BMW Parking Only signs.

Prices in northern NJ are about double that of LA.

My g/f's uncle said he's working on a project where the house is 25,000 sq. ft. You don't want to know what kind of cars are in there. The OP's pic would be the cars in the garage of the cabana.
