Wow, you've got a lot more standard equipment in the UK:
The things we have to pay for in Germany:
All in all 7.000 € incl. VAT What's the base price in the UK? Best Regards, south |

Interesting. So a white and a red backup light? Haven't seen that. Is it included now?

That UK price for what is included (including iDrive + MDrive), taken in light of some of the EUR/USD ratios that have been mentioned here and some back of the envelope Pounds/USD ratio calculations (looking at current Z4M, M5 and M6 Pounds/USD ratios (around 57-60% of Pounds/USD conversion)), leads me to think that the same spec car might come in around low 60s in the US. If EDC is around $1500, M-DCT around $1500, 19" shoes $1500, and stereo upgrade $2000, a well-equiped M3 might just be around $66-69k in the US (w/o the gas guzzler, of course). A little lower than I expected. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

hopefully EDC is standard in the US but i doubt it...but hopefully most of the cars that show up on the dealer's lots have it..if i choose to forgo the european delivery option. Also i assume those active side bolsters are an option too? i didnt see those in the standard equipment list..just the M seats with power and memory.
