Help! garage ramps for diy
any suggestions? Thought about Blitz Rhino, they are not wide enough for the rear tires. Thx in advance!

Just center them . It's not like the tires will be hanging a foot on each side; it's just millimeters. I have them and work perfectly, but I lift my manual cars over them, rather than drive them up. Good luck.

As others have suggested elsewhere, consider putting your car on these with a jack, not by driving it up. Just to ensure you don't overshoot them, and to avoid unneeded clutch wear.

I've been looking at some of these:
http://www.discountramps.com/sports_car_ramps.htm Generally you can find a gazillion ramps here: http://www.discountramps.com/car_ramps.htm Also, Blitz has Rhino ramps that are a little higher than the standard black items you can get at Walmart: http://www.amazon.com/Blitz-Rhino-Ra...7987032&sr=8-2 I haven't tried these to see if the M3 clears them (I have the standard ones and the stock M3 clears them, barely). |

Check these out. I got a set of them for Christmas and they work great with the M3.

I've had the Griot's ones for years. Work well, once you figure out how the plastic extensions go together.
