Need Paintless Dent repair

i am in the process of searching for a reputable PDR guy to fix an odd group of 3 circular dings. I wonder if anyone else experienced similar group of dings.
Except for a knuckle punch to the door panel i don't see what else could have caused this. The person who did this would have had to kneel down probably to avoid getting seen and caught on video.

The M3 panels are thin too, anyone knows is the doors are steel or aluminium ? i read steel has better stretch and memory properties for PDR repair.

I am looking for a good PDR guy in the Southeast, Piedmont area.
