Intake/Front Side Noise - Metallic Air Ticking - Exhaust Leak?

This metallic air ticking noise is driving me nuts and I haven't located it anywhere.

It comes hard during warmup, then as the rpm drops and settles, it largely goes away for a moment and then coming right back. And it goes along when you accelerate, clearly audible even when driving, in a tunnel or close to a wall. This in my mind really "spoils" the whole acoustic experience of my E92, making it a bit "unclean" and "unsolid", while I'd really prefer to having my focus on the intake and exhaust.

Found this video from 5 years back on YouTube which perfectly matches with my situation. It points the issue to the manifold leak, but I haven't been able to locate it on mine yet. And there's no followup there. Throwing it out here to gather more experiences!

I bet this is probably not a rare occurrence. Might be a simple fix after all. But would really appreciate people sharing a bit more!
