G99 M5 Touring rear ended/Need advice!
My 2026 G99 M5 Touring with 4,000miles, individual Color- Frozen Urban Green and Carbon ceramic brakes Plus most options has been rear ended. Looking for advice on decreased value if insurance company wants to repair. At this time they are tearing down the car to see how much structural damage and to see what the cost to repair . I am devistated as the car took 6 months to order. The driver of the car who rear ended my wife insurance company has taken 100% responsibility but sure they will try and low ball. I have excellent insurance but not sure what to do.Any advice is much appreciated.Loss of use? decreased value plus the time to reorder and take delivery are issues I now have to deal with

DV claims are a real thing that many people don't know about and those that do often accept far less than they should.
Bummer about the car, I hope everyone is OK. Many attorneys and appraisers specialize in DV claims. I'm sure you will get plenty of solicitations in the mail, and of course, Google is your friend. My advice is to be calm, cool and polite when working with the adjuster. Getting hostile will not help and may likely hinder the claim.

Now looking over this list, it seems perhaps a bit excessive. |
